This is a "BUYERS BE WARE"... I ordered a "Smokers Savior e-cig after hearing an ad on a local radio station. This order was placed through an 800 number (800-918-9486) on November 10th, 2009. I paid an extra $5.00 to receive my e-cig within 3 to 5 days. At the time of the call, I was not told that the product was on back order... On November 12th, 2009, my credit card was charged. After various phone calls to customer service, I was told that the product was on back order! I have been ordering online and over the phone for many years, and I have never been charged for something until the day of shipment. Today is November 19th 2009 and I have cancelled my order. I was told that I would not receive the refund for another 7 to 9 business days! I believe the company is a fraud and my recommendation is for no one to place any type of order with this company! My money has been tied up now for 9 days and it is going to take another 9 days to be refunded!!!! Any questions you may contact me at abby5250@aol.com

I would check some reviews before buying, there's many sites that are reviewing e-cigarettes and have a few kinds there - this is a trusted one: Electronic cigarettes
