Money aside, its a though call since in the Nokia N810 some features were added and some removed. According to this article at Wikipedia, the added features of the N810 are:

  • Sliding Backlit Keyboard
  • Front facing web cam (good for video conferencing)
  • Ambient Light Sensor (good for automatically adjusting contrast and brightness according to the current external lighting)
  • Integrated GPS
  • Sunlight readable transflective display

The removed features are:

  • Two full sized SDHC card slots - The N810 uses a single miniSDHC card, so  if you have such SDHC card you won't be able to use these cards.
  • Pop-out rotating web cam - I'm not sure this is an issue since they have added a front facing cam.
  • FM Radio Tuner
All in all, other than the FM Tuner and the change from SDHC to minSDHC it seems the N810 is much better in terms of features (at least in my opinion). If you don't mind not having an FM Tuner and you don't mind getting new miniSDHC cards to extend its memory the N810 would be a great choice.
