Or, one stick equals one-half cup (or one-quarter of a pound).

Don't trouble trouble til trouble troubles you.

4 sticks = 1 pack or 1 lb = 454 grams butter.

1 stick of butter = 113.5 gr

1 stick = 1/4 pound

1 stick= 4 ounce

1 stick = 1/2 cup

1 stick = 8 tablespoons

1 stick = 14 teaspoons .

Simply put, 1 stick of 1/4 of the one pound pack. If you get butter in the one pound block, it's 1/4 of the block.

A one-pound package of butter usually contains 4 sticks, each stick equal to 8 tablespoons=1/4 pound=1/2 cup.  Hope this helps!Laughing
