Shut down the business if it did not have have at least three years of profit (including your time, effort and money).

Hard to do after what you have invested, and there is good sense to the say" don't through good money after bad".

Why don't you describe your business and its location?  Do you own the building it is in or do you rent?

Rule of thumb is 3 yrs and you see some light, for us it has been 9 yrs and nothing happening, some have said file bankruptcy  some say it is not easy work as long as you can, but there is limit to everything and this is it. We are not sure what happens in bankruptcy, talked to some attorneys but they say you are still not ready as we make every effort to pay our bills any way we can. Is there any one who has gone thru something similar can suggest some alternatives???

Worried about savings

Considering today's stock market, would it be a good move to put those stock dollars into a 3 month CD? Can I even do that?
