Busiest underground in the world

Where are the busiest underground in the world?  In which towns?

I think it's in Tokyo. I don't have data about it, I only heard from a friend that in the rush our there are people in the stations that their job is to literally push the passengers into the train. If there's any underground in the world that gets busier than this, I don't want to see it.
