Well, emphatically No, He can't be tried for anything because he hasn't violated any laws. There are those who say he violated the Geneva Convention laws. Both countries fighting have to reconise the Geneva convention laws for this to apply.

We are not fighting against any particular country if you think about it, we are fighting against ideals. Islamic Fascism is not a country.  Flying 2 jetliners into 2 buildings is not a country. Get it, Got it , Good! How does a country and it's President protect it's citizens against a enemy that has total disregard for the Geneva convention and recognizes Democracy as evil.
