Built-in, under counter refridgerators

I am trying to determine if I will use a built-in, undercounter refridgerator for a wet/mini-bar in my basement build out. I am trying to find how to instructions for each application I know of. The first is a very small refridgerator that appears to slide in to a base cabinet, as it appears to sit above the toe kick. In the other application, it appears to sit on the floor and slide in like a dish washer. Where can I find instructions, pros and cons for each?
