Thanks for the reply, but I don't have any Norton product currently installed. I had Norton Internet Security 2005, but I uninstalled it and have been using Mcafee's software for Antivirus and Firewall. Don't recall when this bug first appeared, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't related to the Norton uninstall or Mcafee install.
