Bug on Google Calendar?

Is there a bug on Google Calendar with the week starting day? When I set it to Sunday it starts on Monday, when I set it to Monday it starts on Tuesday, but when I set it to Saturday it works as expected and starts on Saturday. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Google calendar troubleshooting page, report the bug in their contact form.

Sync google calendar without syncing outlook calendar to google

. From what I could see in my googling, it seems that if i use google sync to sync my google calendar , it will pull my outlook appointments into the google calendar as well. Is this true? Is there a way
