Budget meals

Is tyhere a book of recipes for Diabetics? I am new to this and have,nt a clue. I am a male, 57,and unable to find anything for people on a budget.

I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.

There's plenty of great resources online.  My daughter and I found that increasing the amount of fruit and vegetables we eat and reducing carbohydrates (potatoes, bread) was a great start.
