A:

Buddhism believe in previous and after lives, as well as cause and effect, positive karma and negative karma.   Buddhism teaches us to be well to oneself and others.  Buddhism explains the existence of impermanence in our daily lives.

Most of all, Buddhism lead us the righteous way toward enlightenment and free of troubles, worry and all in order reach a better state of live, like Nirvana.  In fact, it doesn't mean that Buddhism can get rid of all troubles that we encounter in our life, but teaches us to be in front of trouble and not being troubled.

Indeed, Buddhism is a tough Wisdom of knowledge, not that we can learn from books and lecture.  It is an experience through many live of reborn and reborn, learning and learning, obtaining the wisdom through many lives, cultivating and cultivating, in order to reach the level of higher enlightenment of life, out of the 6 realms, whom Buddhism believe, reincarnation as Dalai Lama, to help the sentient beings to get over with the life cycle, or should I say reborn cycles.
