Which is better- brushing my teeth before or after I eat breakfast?
Its recommended to brush your teeth before\after the three major meals- there no big difference . I think it's a matter of point of view and habits (which will be to difficult to change now). I prefer to brush my teeth first thing in the morning.
By doing the first brushing after breakfast you remove food matter so that your mouth is clean until your next meal. Nothing like "killing two birds with one stone."
It is said that you should brush your teeth after each meal. It not only removes the food particles but also does not allow the plaques to set on your teeth.
