I had a lower face lift, neck lift and lower lid 8 days ago. The bruises on the sides of my face (cheeks) are dark, dark red - some purple and don't seem to be fading. Is this normal?
Most bruising will disappear within two weeks. It may take months to fully heal. The speed of recovery depends upon the type of skin, age and healing ability of the patient.
