A:I think you might be using too much oil to grease the pan...maybe try to use a scant tablespoon of flour or dry brownie mix to dust the pan after you grease it. Also, maybe your oven temp is set too high and the edges are getting well done before the center. Check to make sure the item you're baking is in the center of the oven and not touching the walls or another pan's edges.
