Broken wheel funeral floral arrangement

Has anyone heard of the "broken wheel" floral arrangement for a funeral? If so, do you know of a florist around the Springfield, Ill area that carries this item?

Clarification: It is a floral arrangement that sits on a wheel, with a spoke missing, to show that a loved one has departed from the family.
