Broken itunes

my itunes stopped working, it will not open the message says some files are missing,reinstall itunes. i have done that several times and i keep getting the same message. repairing itunes has not worked. completely taking out itunes and reinstalling ha not worked. what do i do?

Think with your head, not your a$$.

 

I would suggest taking your laptop/PC computer to a local Apple store and having their special service team check it out. They may be able to fix it within minutes. You can find your nearest local store by clicking

here.

It couldn't be worse.

I've seen this problem and fixed it. Yours might be different but you can try this anyway. Sometimes when you install (or reinstall) iTunes it will skip the install of Quicktime for no reason. This could be the files you are missing. Try downloading and installing the standalone version (the one that does not include iTunes) of Quicktime here: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

If this doesn't work, come back and type out the whole error message you get. Good luck.
