A:As SammyJ mentioned, Britney's career peak was nearly 5 years ago. I'm guessing that's why Cosmo has used these older pictures to promote her. I mean, it's not like anything she is doing now has been worthwhile mentioning, so I think Cosmo is trying to re-invent her image to bring her back to where she was.
