I don't agree with the choice. She doesn't dress nearly as well as Jennifer Aniston or Reese Witherspoon. Clearly someone is being paid off to get Moss's career back to where it was before H&M dropped her for her public drug use.
She is a come back queen, to receive that award after where she was a few years ago is incredible. The popularity of her TopShop range has definetly helped.

This is an "award" that's only based on the writer's selfish motives. There was likely money, promotion, fame, or some other type of compensation for this list. There almost always is whenever you see a list like this.
