To say nothing, especially when speaking, is half the art of diplomacy.

The only way that normalcy can ever be accomplished in the Middle East is if all sides can sit down and talk. Unfortunately the United Nations is not the proper forum to do this. There has to be open diplomatic channels between countries but it has to be done away from the spotlight of the world media. Once this process is started and once a framework has been established, perhaps various parties can openly talk to each other. Dwelling on the past is never going to solve the problems we face today or future problems.
