Bridging Visa for 487

Hi, I am currently in Australia on a 417 working holiday visa. I plan on staying and I am considering applying for a 487 state sponsored visa. However this will take upto 3 years to process. I need to know if I am eligible for a bridging visa A while the visa is being processed. I have a positive skill assesment by the TRA but unfortunately it  is not on the Critical Skills List.

If a person was to remain in Australia without a valid visa or after a visa has expired, they will be in violation of Australian government law. Bridging Visa for Australia Class A can be used where a person holds a substantive visa and are applying for another visa. For more information visit http://www.principalvisas.com.au/
