Peaches, there are no exercises that will enlarge your breasts.

There are also no devices, creams, lotions, powders, pills or anything else which will make your breasts larger than they are genetically programmed to be.

You can, however, do exercises to strengthen the muscles in your chest wall, which may make your breasts appear larger due to a firmer body underneath.

In the meantime, you can either learn to be happy with what nature gave you or you can look into surgical augmentation (a boob job) or perhaps invest in a nice padded bra.

Good luck.

Exercise can't make your breasts bigger but it can tone and firm them.  Another tip is to wear a good sports bra when exercising since this will help prevent stretching of the breast tissue.

Here are two exercises which you should do three or four times a week.  Do three sets of twelve each:

Modified Push-up
1. Start on all fours, with hands a little more than shoulder width apart. Cross your legs and bring them as close to the buttocks as possible.
2. With your back straight and flat, take a deep breath and lower your body, bending your elbows.
3. Straighten your arms as you come up, pushing away from the floor while exhaling. Be sure not to lock your elbows.

Front Lift
1. Stand with your legs hip-width apart and knees slightly bent.
2. Use light weights in each hand (2 to 5 pounds). If you don't have weights, try water bottles or soup cans.
3. Lift your arms straight out, keeping them slightly bent, in front of your body until they are shoulder height. Hold for two counts.
4. Bring them slowly to starting position and repeat.
