i love food... really any food

I always like a change of atmosphere.  I'll go to the library sometimes, sit in my room other times, and sit in different coffee shops, if I can concentrate there.  It makes me feel like I'm not boring myself to death and that life is still at least a little bit exciting.  You can also get together with a friend or two and just study in the same place, if not testing one another.  I hope this helps.

Do some exercises while studying, e.g. every 40 minutes.
