hi!
well ive got a simple question...concernign my diet. I dont smoke or drink alcohols or coffee...
i dont eat rice...can anyone tell me if bread and french fries are bad for the diet ???
thks
If they are eaten in moderation they are not bad per se for the diet but it is definitely healthier to restrict processed foods and substitute with multigrain and non-fried options. So you could replace white bread with multi-grain, hi fiber bread and fries with oven baked potatoes that don't have a lot of grease on them. Its possible to get the same taste in a healthier way.
Every story has an end but in life, every end is just a new beginning.
Carbohydrates in moderation are good for you. The problem falls when people overeat carbs and not enough of the other food groups.
