I heard that in Brazil there is the relatively biggest market of plastic surgeries? Is it really that cheep? I am assuming people in Brazil are not that wealthy. Can anyone explain me this manifestation.
yep this phenomena is true and it is known as surgery tourism, Americans had spent around $12.4bn on Brazilian plastic surgery. the large amount of surgeons and cheap vacation tourists come in and cut off !

You are right people end up going to Brazil for many surgeries. Unfortunately though Brazil is not the cheapest place. There are some things there just as expensive as being here in the US. The big thing though about going to Brazil is the quality of the medical care. On average it may be 20% cheaper but you will receive some of the worlds top plastic surgeons working on you. Plastic surgery abroad is very big right now.
