Brain or insane?

hi ^_^ I am seriously wondering if anyone can answer my queshtion on the brain. what does it ushualy mean when there is white spots in the brain in the MrI's? my one friend had told me her teacher said it had to deal with some kind of brain fluid, but that may not be right. I had snaped, and my fears had come to my sub conchious, instead of my self conchious (where it belongs), and i had one day turned back to normal. my mri had shown that durring that time, 2 out of 3 white spots had dissapeared, after, i had returned to normal. I had been in my deepist fears for exactly 3 months, and some days. it was like i was a total new person, i was affraid to eat, sit down,(in worry that something would happen to me), it was hard to get me to drink anny fluids; and i was thinking all weared things such as poisionus needles, alians, me becomming a monster,that there where 3 worlds, and i was fazeing back and forth through them- heck heven and earth, that things ment more that what they realy where; durring that time. and just at the begginning of my "out of my sences" time, I had been drugged up- by doctors saying i had bypolar- but i did not. the drugs slowly moved out of my system ((would the drugs that the doctors gave me for 3 weeks (high dossage) stay in my system 4 that long? considdering i was dehiderated, and would barely eat?))  I have a thyroid desease, and that had a big part on what happened. I have been diagnosed with anxiety, and depreshion, and that all added to the conflict. that never in my life, happened to me before and i am asking for your insite and truth to my problem.
