Boy gets caught mastubating in class

Call and demand he be removed from class. If it were my daughter, I'd also investigate pressing criminal charges against both the boy and his parents.

Time to get a lawyer or get in contact with one of the christian groups that litigates schools (name that I can't think of now, of course.)

This boy should not only be removed from the class but the school. There is NO excuse for this kind of behavior.

For all that is with in me.. this boy shoud go to jail..PRESS charges.. this is WRONG..Do not think for one second the school will do ANYTHING ABOUT IT..She is now being further victimized by the school.. and the staffs cowerdly acts.. As a school teacher I can tell you that things like this happen more then you think. The school will just sweep everything under the rug. You are the only person who can stand up for your daughter, And you need to do just that. Don't back down if you do things will only get worse.

As someone who worked for a school district for many years I would talk to the top administrator, and if that doesnt get you the solution that you think is proper go to the superintendant of the district.
