Bougainvillea tree dispute
Hello,
I share family home with my ex-husband
....I know. Here's my question. We disagree on what the housing requirements are for how FAR OR LENGTHY the "branches of a bougainvillea" over a cinderblock wall into "alley" can trail? He claims we can be "sued" if a person "walking" down the alley is hurt by the thorns...I say unless it was "intentional" that the overhang would not reach that far out to interrupt car or pedistrian traffic. Anyone know the law about the "thorny" subject? Thanks,
