As I didn't even know what cellulitis truly was before writing this, I hope someone will come along with a more authoritative answer.  Obviously, as I'm sure you're aware, the clinical answer is going to be antibiotics.  Personally, I think antibiotics should be a "last resort" answer to things, because they certainly can work, but they're certainly overused nowadays.

Since cellulitis is a bacterial infection, obviously the bacteria is finding the body to be a good host.  Thus, a good solution would be to change the makeup of the body.  It would help to know the kinds of things one is eating and what kind of daily activity or exercise is being done.

The best kind of diet includes an overwhelming majority of preferably-organic vegetables, then fruits.  Avoidance of sugar, white flour, dairy, and refined oils (choose coconut oil, then olive oil) is also a must.  I recommend drinking TEN to TWELVE glasses of water every day; a body can easily handle that and the usual eight glasses is simply a maintenance level.

Finally, some kind of regular exercise must be taken in.  Keep things changing to make it interesting; try yoga which is a lot harder than it looks.

You need antibiotics. The type of antibiotics depends on the bacteria you suffer from. Neglecting this condition can have severe consequences especially if the infection is close to the brain.

If you suffer from such a condition best to see a doctor.
