The answer my friend is blowing in the wind....

There are many things that you can do either with your body alone, or will small dumb bells.  Beginning with push-ups and sit-ups, you can really accomplish a lot.  There are many different stomach exercises you can do alone, and you can vary your push-ups so that you are working different parts of your back and arms.  What I recommend is buying a book either on Amazon or at your local book store, getting a good mat to do exercises on at home, and making a good routine for yourself.  Doing sets of 3 is always a good idea, when exercising.  Good luck.

There are resistance exercises you can do where you use your own weight. This way you can save on going to the gym. The problem might be that you have to be very precise so as not to cause yourself any damage. I suggest you have one or two sessions with a pro, just to make sure you're doing the exercise properly.

Dreadlocks gave you some great advice.

What goes around comes around

Hi,

If you are looking to get into shape and build some muscle mass then you can definitely use your own body weight. If you are looking to really do some body building meaning gain a lot of muscle mass and target specific muscles it'll be close to impossible.

I have a feeling you aren't looking to be the next Schwarzenegger so following dreadlock's advice should suffice.

u can do a lot with just ur body weight..!do pushups to build ur chest and triceps, pull ups to build ur back and rhomboids, chinups will build ur biceps, squats and lunges for ur lower body and finally crunches, situps, planks for ur abs and core...!

and of course  a lot of cardio to  burn the stubborn fat!!
