I am looking for storage software that can handle two facilities that each have 200 storages. One facility is also condo'd and we have a HOA. I want to show them separately or at least be able to let's say do #200 for the 1st and #2200 for the 2nd. I would also like something that I could print checks on for bill payment? Quarterlys for Accountant? Weekly update for owner in regards to rents received and bills paid. Reminder on who hasn't paid or is behind? Something sort of simple but efficient. Monthly statements with one push of button etc.
