Is Bluetooth healthy?

I hear a lot lately about "Bluetooth" technology , I was wondering if it really is that safe, compared to other telecommunication technologies? I know that some people can get very sensitive to it during time. And if it is then why isn't it been implemented in all other applications we know?

as bluetooth is used for small ranges, the strength of the signal is lower then longer range coomunication (like cellular) - so it can be considered safe.

for the same reason it can't replace longer range communication
