Yes,blue eyeliner is already a HIT. But put it on according to skin color.For light skin you can use more.But,for darker skin use less.

I LOVE bright eye make up. I love Barry M stuff because it's so bright and it really stands out. You can always adapt your look from a crazy mix of clashing colours to fading in some kingfisher blue and two greens for something more daytime. It's a good talking point and I am always complimented on my bright eye make up. Fashion to me is about expression and I do it through eye make up. My favourite eye make up colour at the moment is neon pink. I really want to get some orange and yellow and fade them in as my next experiment.

I've seen people starting to put black eye liner on the inside of their eyelids, I've been doing that for about 6 years now because it makes your eyes stand out even more. Make the most of your best features! The picture looks amazing, I'd love to recreate that.

It looks best on brown eyes and I would stick with a navy shade for an every day look.

 How is it that if you have a set of data, x1,y1....xn,yn with a known linear relationship between x & y (y = mx + c), and the best straight line fit MUST go through xbar,ybar (xbar average of all x values, ybar is average of all y values). 

It can look good but u have to be verrrry careful how u apply it and what brand. NO it will not be big this fall, and probably will never be. Mac has a new artist line with great blue eyeliner. Try it on the bottom with a shimmery brown/peach on the top. you might be surprised!:p

i think that blue eyeliner should be a hit for fall because i think that blue is a complementry shade on people. especially on blue eyed; it makes their eyes really pop!
