City of Blue Island Administration Fee. Does anyone have any info on how the City of Blue Island, Illinois is getting away charging a $550 administrative fee when a car is towed PLUS the towing company they use charges $225 right off the bat ($175 + $50 for the day they tow) + another $50 per day for storage? This seems to be highway robbery, pardon the pun. Thank you.
