Blood clots

I was told that I have to wear my compression stockings full time for 7 days after my procedure, but am allowed to take them off at bedtime. After the 7 day period of not wearing the stockings anymore, am I at risk anymore for blood clots?

T.E.D. Stockings while sleeping

OK I am able to get up and walk around, shower etc. I am still weak and resting bed a lot. I know i need to wear the stockings... but do I sleep in them? Doctor office is closed for holidays.
