When I had high blood I was checking myself every morning. Working with my doctor, I changed my medications, and went on a diet, and my blood pressure went from being too high to being too low. Now I am stabilized, and I check my blood pressure about once a week. Please note that I have Type 1 diabetes and I check my blood sugars at least 4 times a day.
