Black diamond engagement ring?

Would you be happy with an engagement ring like this? A black diamond? Does black give you the idea that something is doomed to repeat itself? (I mean, this is going to be her third marriage.)

If you look closely, everything about her is dark, so why not the ring too?! The guy is just playing to her, duh!

I actually love the black diamond ring concept but I don't like the style of this particular ring. Maybe if it where squared with trillions, Idk, I just don't think its that bad, and like the person before mentioned, we all know she's into interesting things, I mean did we forget her show Til Death? lol

black diamonds are very rare... if it is given to you - believe me (there was alot of taught behind it)... diamonds come in a variety of colors and clarities / as size as well... my answer to you my darling is: - "someone loves you and is thinking of you in the most highest regards - you are considered very unique in the eye of your beholder... treasure what you have on a spiritual level... and trust that "black diamonds" are very rare - as the beauty that you hold in the one you love..."

I have a 2 kt. black diamong and I love it. My husband wasn't real happy with the choice I made. But then again I'm the one wearing it and getting all the compliments.

Tanzanite, Gemstones and more!

To me, its all about the color you like. Personally I really love tanzanite jewelry, but diamonds are great. I love the unique colored diamonds, and the black ones really take the cake.

okay what "rajan" said is just plain creepy....if i knew that and then my fiance gave me a black diamond ring...that'd be reallyy reallyy awkwardly creepy considering the "meaning" behind it would be about a dead black cat! lol..but than again the rarity of a black diamond comes into play as well..i honestly think it just depends on the person and what they're into..
