Black top? - Blacktop? :-) advice

Please forgive me if this posted twice. I am new. I was wondering if anyone had idea's on what i type or brand of paint I could use on black top. I know, I know but truly need to make this cooler, here in Texas it is HOT! A light color would be nice, not to expensive and easy to roll on with a roller. Any idea's truly appreciated! Thank you in advance!! Prairie Gal & Critters

I know of black treatment for it but not a lighter color. I think you are looking for something that dosen't exist.

You could try one of the garage floor paints but they might only work on concrete. Failing that, what if you had a thin layer of asphalt put down with a white aggregate embedded in it while it was still wet. That might cut down the heat.
