Birds

What is the differance between a "beak" and a "bill"? They are both on birds. Is there any differance?

Everything I say can be fully substantiated by my own opinion.

In birds, both are acceptable but bill is preferred.  Some bird enthusiasts argue that bill is for a water bird, and beak is for a land bird, but there's no set rule.

beak is, usually, reserved for creatures like tortoises.
