Bin Laden's call for the Pakistanis to revolt

I've just read about Bin Laden's call for the Pakistani people to revolt.

What might be the implications of such a call on Musharaf? How loyal the Pakistanis are to their Government, and to what extent are they influenced by fundamental movements?

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

Sorry but I am going to give you a pasimistic picture (but unfortunastely that's a true one).  Such a call weakens Musharaf.  Please realize that the people of Pakistan are afraid.  Every person knows that the USA will leave the country at a certain point (1 year, 2 years, ..... 5 years) and not more than 2 ninutes later all those who "were not loyal to the Islamic reaction" will pay heavily (that could be death sentance that is executed in the streets within 10 minutes !).  So almost everyone will take some distance, won't cooporate, and keep silent......  That's the reason why not too many people support the present legal government.  After this call of Bin Laden the little support Musharaf gets will be smaller ......   I am ready to bet that my analysis is right (even though I hate it, and I honestly wish the people of Pakistan peace and prosperity).....   Sorry again, but I'll rather say the truth or say nothing.  Very sad truth indeed.
Best regards,
