(First...do no harm)

A:

Hi, Don~

Your answer regarding God as your protector is found in many places in the Bible.

Just to name a few in the Old Testament:

Book of Genesis

--The accounts of both Noah and and Joseph

Book of Joshua

Book of Ruth

Book of 1 Samuel

--David and Goliath

--David and Saul

Book of Daniel

--Daniel in the Lions Den

Book of Jonah

--Jonah & the Whale

Book of Psalms--speaks to us personally.

New Testament

Throughout the entire New Testament you will find examples of how God protects those who love Him and keep His commandments.

The important thing to remember is that when we sincerely repent of all of our sins and of going our own way and agree with all God has said in His Word and commit ourselves to following Him, He will give us eternal life and protect us...Then we will also have the right to use His Name against our evil enemies.

When enemies come against us, we can call on the Name of, Yeshua, Jesus Christ and He will be with us.

When entities from the spiritual dimension come for us, we can cast them out by saying, "In the Name of Yeshua, Jesus Christ, Son of Yahweh, the Most High God, depart and do not return."

But we can only use the Name of Jesus if we truly believe in Him and belong to Him.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Blessings.
