Who are we to say what is the correct answer? For we are but mortal man and there would always be someone that would disagree with us. Thus any response given could and would be wrong to them. So in reality there is no correct answers to your questions. Or maybe they all could be correct. Did you think about that??? :)

Heaven is anything you want it to be. That's the point of the concept of heaven. Heaven can not be something already predetermined by a bible or scripture because what is pleasing to one person is not to another, therefore you can not have one heaven for two different people. The only sure way to heaven is to make sure you live a happy life. When you're dying, you'll either decide, "I lived a good life," and go to heaven, or "I was a bad person," and you'll go to hell. Whichever your dying heart feels is true.
