Should Berkshire leisure centres run more Islam-friendly women only swimming sessions?
No... why should they? There are religious Jews and Christians out there that would ant in many different places to have this option, but people need to do what is comfortable for everyone. People in Berkshire don't want to go to an all-woman's pool and they certainly don't want to go to a pool that will in the end attract only Muslims. So no, the Muslim population can deal with what there is. If a Muslim wants to open up their own pool, then all the power to them, but no place for everyone should be converted for their needs, at the expense of everyone else's comfort.
