A:you'd have to look up the laws in your local state. i know virginia is either considering taking that type of action where child support effects your credit and your face comes out on the local paper,but not officially sure. but always allow a parent to be a parent wether their on the child support list or not becuase in the years to come your child is not going to remember a check but the time the parents spent with them and how involved they were in their lives. speaking of personal experience in this part.
