Belly fat + back fat

what to do when I eat right and work out weights/cardio 3-5 times week but my (rolls) back fat just will not go away, my back just will not tighten up

I have the same problem as you i have big time belly and back fat. I just started using the fat loss 4 idiots diet 4 weeks ago. When i started using it i decided to make a video diary to do bi-weekly weigh ins so everyone can see my progress.

Since I been on it I lost 7 pounds the first 2 weeks and 4.5 pounds the second 2 weeks. I need to lose about 50 pounds total. When I make my videos i dont just get on the scale i also use a tape measure to measure my waste and i have lost about 3 inches around my belly in 4 weeks and im very excited about losing that so far.

I have to say that this is a very easy diet to follow and the meal generator is awesome. The one thing I really like is that you get to eat 4 times a day and that help cut the cravings to nothing.

This diet is a diet is set up to change your metabolism to get your body burning the fat instead of storing fat.
