You may be eating the correct foods, but to much. Stress may be a cause by working out to much. Sitting for long hours at work. Cut down on the workouts and do normal around the house activities. Change the oil in th car, get under there and roll around on the ground like a mechanic.  Walk around the block with the kids, dog. Eat fiber from oats, corn flakes, etc, in the morning with a slice of toast and half glass of juice. Eat one good meal a day. Drink tap water. Eat a baby onion 30 minutes before bedtime twice a week. Fast once a week (pick your day), just water or juice with with a raw vegetable you like ( it's only 24 hours) I know you can handle that. It works for me. Good luck.
