Remember that you can't spot reduce fat - if your body likes to accumulate fat on you stomach, that is the last place it will come off unfortunately 
Your best bet is to eat as cleanly as possible, and exercise regularly. Make sure that you are eating less calories than your body burns each day. If you are not sure how many calories you should consume, try using a calorie intake calculator, or a bodyfat calculator.
Lastly, make sure you build some specific attainable goals, and believe in yourself!
