I am an adult and have recently realized that I am a toe walker half of the time like when I am going upstairs. I joined a martial arts class and am having problems with bending my knees enough without my heels coming up. Is there any way now that I am an adult that this can be corrected by exercises? Is there any you recommend? Thanks

   The thing I could advise you is to consult a Physical Therapist.
