It is the most extreme opposite of a mutual relationship. You give and he takes. Is that really what you want?
Probably a sign he's married or otherwise in another relationship... bottom line.... yes it is a bad sign.
A very bad sign! He's certainly not interested in you as a person, just concerned about getting access to certain parts of your female anatomy.
