Beef BBQ Ribs

I don't eat pork and I don't like beef bbq ribs because they are always so tough.  How do I make a good beef bbq rib that is tender?

Conservation: Paying more and getting less.

You have to either boil or microwave the ribs first.

boiling is for people with no taste.  The best way is to use tenderizer and slow cook in an oven if you are not great with the grill, but it can be done on the grill also.  slow and easy does it.  350 F. for about 4 hrs. in the oven.  low to med heat on the grill about 2 -4 hrs. depending on size (they usually are scarse on the meat quantity anyway) After you have cooked them in the oven, pouring bbq sauce over them the last hour is really good. Hope this helped.

It sure did!  Thanks.  I am going to try them like that.

the day/night before you bbq your beef ribs boil them 1st for 1/2hr.but not more than 45minuets pour off all water. season all your meats to be bbqued with salt to taste, schillings bbq seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and a little liquid smoke. ( make sure you rub all your seasonings in real good )  now when you get up in the morning you are good to go.

I have to go to with tuttieg. Don't boil, something is always lost in the water.  The same long slow cook I have recommended for less than tender roasts is the best for the ribs.
