Well it depends on what grade, bed wetting is a natural phenomenon for young children, but as the child gets older it becomes a problem. You should get an advice from your local physician; he will probably recommend a psychologist, which is a very good option.

Here are two good sites that will help you shed some light on the subject.

It can be caused by either psychological problems or there can be a physical cause.  The child needs to be examined by a doctor to rule out either or the reaons and then work on the remainder.

If psychological, a therapist needs to see the child to determine which route to follow and if there is a physical cause, the child may need medication or even a small operation.

We read your blog posting, and would like to help.  We work with the Enuresis Treatment Center.  For 32 years, the Enuresis Treatment Center has successfully treated thousands of people from around the world who thought there was no hope for ending bedwetting.  Bedwetting, or enuresis, is actually caused by deep sleep, not to be mistaken for healthy sleep.  This deep sleep causes a disconnect between the brain and bladder, and the bedwetting occurs as a result.  Very rarely does one outgrow bedwetting, and if they do, they are left with a sleep disorder that can manifest into other forms, such as sleep apnea, insomnia, etc.

The Enuresis Treatment Center has put together an informative guide to understanding and treating bedwetting.  This free bedwetting guide is available to download at www.freebedwettingguide.com.

Life is like a box of chocolate.  You never know what your gonna git.

Bedwetting can be both an emotional response to something going on in the childs life where he is looking for attention such as a cry for help.  other types of bedwetting can be a sign of a urilogical infection.  either way if this is on a continually basis then the child should be immediately taken to a physician for treatment.
